About this Community of Practice

There is a need to upskill colleagues in primary and secondary care in detecting and diagnosing patients with monogenic diabetes.

Anna and colleagues at CUH have extensive experience in this through 12 years running the National Severe Insulin Resistance/Lipodystrophy Service and more recently a MODY (monogenic diabetes) clinic.

The aim is to expand this education and upskilling work through this new Monogenic Diabetes CoP.
