A meeting to update maternity diabetes service leads on scoping work in the East region, around introducing testing for glucokinase hyperglycaemia within the gestational diabetes care pathway.
This meeting is open to maternity diabetes service leads, including Consultant Diabetes Midwives, Maternity Matrons, Consultant Midwives, Trust Monogenic Diabetes Leads, Consultant Obstetricians, and Consultant Endocrinologists.
We would welcome your views and feedback on this to enable equitable access and delivery of genomic healthcare for women with gestational diabetes.
We will also be holding a funded educational and networking event in September 2024 for maternity diabetes teams. Details to be confirmed.
